In this video, I take a recipe from Milk Street Magazine (which can also be found in the cookbook "Milk Street Fast and Slow", linked below) for a Tuscan beef stew -- and with a few little tweaks, make it keto friendly. This recipe does take a little time, but not a whole lot of effort. It tastes gourmet, but fills you up like comfort food. Hubby had wide egg noodles, and topped with souranyway i lightly sauteed mushrooms on stove and added in after the cooktime ontake 2 hours, only 1. Or so. @wendyrow41493 years ago Oh my gosh! I just made this beef and your mashed creamy cauliflower. It is fabulous! You hit this one out of the park. My husband loves it, thank id="hidden12" you so much for this. I may tone down the freshly cracked black pepper just a tad next time, and i adore pepper! I make and grind my own blend of black, lots of green, white and a few pink peppercorns. For your recipe i used only black. And just when i think there' s really nothing you can do to improve on plain old mashed cauliflower, along you come and up that too! The ricer is the secret!. ...Expand 1

steve, you are so kind to include amounts our international friends are familiar with. They usually include american sizing and temps in their i' m terrible with my instant pot. Your clear instructions give me confidence.
say, have you had difficulty finding black peppercorns? Every place i shop i can' t find them. I googledshortage" and i guess the virus has affected this spice, though they were harvested last august. I bought a 1-lb. Bag off amazon for $8. 50. I wasn' t going to pay $12 for one of those small jars
