    so i have been doing your 2week exercise challenge i' ve lost 4kg so far. And i also have a 90 shoulders now.
    what i wanted to ask is: can you do a video for lifting breast because since i' ve lost weight i feel like my breast is becoming saggy and i wanted tothat
