In this vlog, I will show you what I ate. All meals were as always vegan and suitable for anyone who has Gastritis. I will also share a few tips that helped me to heal my stomach. Shadow will entertain you as well. On top of that, I'll share a few snippets from my boxing training.
The Oats:
1 Scoop oat-millet mixture, 1 TBS vanilla protein powder, 1 TBS pumpkin seed protein powder, 1 TBS ground nuts, 1/4 TSP cardamon, 1 TSP cinnamon, 1 TBS goji berries, orange juice (2 oranges)
In the morning warm in the microwave for 1:20 min, then add 2 TBS coconut yogurt, top with strawberries, and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
