Ingredients For stuffing: • Boiled Potatoes - 3 no. • Green Peas - 2 tbsp • Chopped Cashews - 1 tbsp • Cumin - 1 tsp • Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 tsp • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp • Red Chili powder - 1/2 tsp • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp • Dried Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1 tsp • Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tsp • Salt - As per taste • Oil - 2 tbsp For the crust: • Refined flour - 2 cups • Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp • Salt - 1/2 tsp • Ghee (cold) - 2 tbsp • Water (cold) - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Watch the video for step by step details.
