Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favour of fair use. This is the "Garden Den" I built in 1987. It houses two vinyl jukeboxes, a TV and a Budweiser fridge. I was trawling a "One Hit Wonder," thread on a music board earlier in the week and found this. I hadn't heard it for decades, but always liked the harmonies. I scanned eBay and found a copy for £3.99 with free postage, so said, "Damn the expense!" and bought it. It arrived this morning. It's as old as this Rock-Ola 468 Grand Salon jukebox, both made in 1976. Unlike my iPods you can only have 80 records in this, so if you want to put something in, something has to come out, in this case Stevie Wonder, who was relegated to many others in a "retro" record rack. The track-in sounds a bit scratched, as is the jukebox, but both play well, but what can you expect with something that's 46 years old? I recorded this on a Lumix DMC LX15 camera, it's the third Lumix I've used to upload videos to YouTube. It seems a bit shaky in places, as I'm moving, I don't know whether that was me or the camera re-focusing, as it seems steady when I point it and don't pan it.
