My review of "Camp Hatteras Campground" in Rodanthe, in the Outer Banks of NC. South of Nags Head and Kity Hawn, North of Waves and Hatteras, is this gem of a campground. No lie, probably our favorite campground of all time. It has everything! It really was one of the best family vacations we have had, ranking at or above Disney's Ft. Wilderness. From Boogie Boarding in the ocean to paddle boarding and snorkeling on the sound, From Kitty Hawk and the Wright Brothers Memorial to Jockey’s Ridge, Sunrise on the beach and sunset over the sound, From the Hatteras Lighthouse to the Camp Hatteras amenities……… This place is a fantastic place to camp in the Outer Banks!
