Ingredients:
For Gupchup/Panipuri:-
Atta/ Whole wheat Flour- 1Cup
Suji/Semolina- 1/2 Cup
Salt To Taste
Baking Soda - 1/4Tsp or Pinch Of Baking Soda
Tips For Crispy Gupchup/ Panipuri-
1. Dough Should be Tight n Soft( not too Hard or Not Too Soggy)Just Like Roti or Chapatti Dough..
2. For Crispy Gupchup/Panipuri , Oil Should be Hot Enogh( Otherwise it became Soft or Papdi)
Aloo Masala Ingredients:
Boiled Aloo/ Potatoes
Chat Masala
Chopped Onionn
Roasted Cumin Powder
Black Salt
Red Chilly Powder( U can Use Chopped Green Chilly)
Boiled Mixed Peas(White Peas n Kala Chana(Black Peas))
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt To Taste
Tangy, Spicy n Sweet Pani For Panipuri/Gupchup:
Chopped Coriander Leaves-1 Cup
Chopped Pudina/ Mint Leaves- (10-12) or Handful
CHopped Ginger- 1 Inch
Green Chillies- 4/5
Grind the above Ingredients into a Fine Paste
Now Add Black Salt
Chat Masala
Roasted Cumin Powder
Tamrind Pulp
Sugar (Optional .If u Don't want ,U can Skip It)
Dry Khara Boondi
Salt To Taste
