Cook With Me | Polish Sausage | Sour Kraut | Braised Potatoes Braised Potatoes: 1-2 pounds small red skin potatoes cut in half and steamed 1 Stick Butter 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Chicken Base 2 Tbsp Dried Dill Weed Melt butter in pan on low heat. Add lemon juice, chicken base, and dill weed. Stir to thoroughly mix ingredients. Continue to heat until ready to pour over potatoes. Toss cooked potatoes in butter sauce.
