it is very mild and as it is made from Bansi sooji which is made from wheat it is good for fasting too..

Bansi sooji 1 glass
water 3 glasses
chillies
curry leaves
Ginger
capsicum
coriander leaves
oil
salt
asafoetida
cumin seeds
mustard
chana dal
urad dal
beans, carrot ,green peas, potato
sugar
grated coconut
