@DustoMan3 years ago Thetax is $1 more than the regular whopper at least in west central wi. They would put them on the 2 for $6 deal for a while and s cheaper that way. You could even do acomparison on that deal. They do use the same flame broiler as the regular patties. Fun fact, impossible had to re-enforce the edge of the patty so that it would still hold it' s shape when falling out of the broiler. Personally, i don' t mind it. It tastes alright but i sometimes miss the juiciness of the regular patty. It' s for sure drier which the toppings can help cover that up. ...Expand 1

@Shundi123 years ago "..Fake charbroiled taste that you usually get with Burger King." I used to work at BK part time when I was at Uni, and the charbroiled taste (or chargrilled if you are in the UK like me) isn't actually fake. The Broiler has chain conveyor belt that move along above some red hot elements. When you put a burger patty on the chain, the patty heats up, drips fat on to the elements which causes fire/flames to be produced from the red hot elements. The fire/flame comes up and hits the burgers which is what causes the charbroiled/chargrilled taste. Much better than sticking it on a metal plate like they do at McDonalds. .. ...Expand 1
