Watana Pakoda | Safed Matar Pakoda | Matar Pakoda | White Peas Pakoda
Ingrediants:
White Peas / Safed Watana : 2 Cup Soaked
Onions: 1 Medium Chopped
Green Chilli : 4-5 Chopped
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Haldi: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
Black Salt: 1 tsp
Coriander
Chaat Masala: ½ tsp
Oil for Frying
Procedure:
Soak White peas/Watana for min 5 hours
Grind coarse the Peas/ Watana
Transfer to mixing bowl
Add Onion, greenchilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder , haldi, cumin powder, black salt, coriander, chat masala
Combine together
Heat oil in Kadai
Fry the pakodas in hot oil in medium flame
Fry until crispy and golden brown
Pakodas are ready
Serve with Tomato sauce and Tea ans evening Snack
