550,000 Masks Production Initiative

In a constant effort to reduce the unemployment rate and help out the community with preventive measures for COVID-19, Caritas Lebanon in cooperation with the Government of Germany, GIZ and the Ministry of Social Affairs secured around 274 temporary jobs producing around 550,000 masks that were distributed to local NGOs, beneficiaries across all regions through Caritas sectors, hospitals and prisons. في محاولة مستمرّة للتخفيف من معدّل البطالة و مساعدة المجتمع بالتدابير الوقائية لـ COVID-19، قامت كاريتاس لبنان بالتنسيق والتعاون مع الحكومة الألمانية والوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي ووزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية بتأمين 274 وظيفة مؤقتة لإنتاج حوالي 550 ألف قناع Face mask ، تمّ توزيعها للمنظمات الغير الحكومية المحلية وللمستفيدين في كافة المناطق اللبنانية من خلال قطاعات كاريتاس بالإضافة الى مستشفيات وسجون في لبنان.
