Paneer/Cottage Cheese, Gulkand, Mix Dry fruits makes this recipe more healthier & delicious. This Raksha Bandhan i have made this sweet specially for my Brother Harsh and you also make it for your Brother (and Surprise him). this bracket one is optional if u wish add it. HAPPY RAKSHA BANDHAN to You, Thank You Shahi Paneer Balls - Easy & Delicious Indian Sweet - Rakhi Special Recipe Ingredients: 150 gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese), 2 tablespoons Gulkand (Rose Patel sweet), 2 tablespoons Mix Dry Fruits (Pistachio, Cashew nut and Almond), 1 to 2 teaspoon powder sugar, Red and Green Food Color, Small Silver balls for decoration. Procedures: Take Paneer in a bowel mash it well, then add 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar and 2 drops of green color, mix the mixture well till it becomes smooth. For Stuffing mix Gulkand, Mix dry fruits and 1 drop of Red Color. Apply some Ghee on your Palm take small amount of Paneer mixture on your palm and make a small bowel, now fill the Stuffing (gulkand mixture) in it. Now cover it and make balls of it. Make the small small balls of remaining mixture, place them in the beautiful plate with Rakhi..For your Brother.
