Malai (Cream) 1 tbsp. Ghee (Clarified Butter) 1 tbsp. cashew Pieces 1 tbsp. Almond & Pistachio Chopped Procedure :- Take Besan Sev thick one in plate and crush it lightly. Now take Condensed Milk, Malai (Cream) and add Milk Powder and mix it well. After mixing well now switch on the flame and cook it for just 1 Minute and add Besan Sev in it and mix it well. After ½ minutes the mixture will be thick and now switch off the flame and remove mixture in plate. When Besan Barfi slightly cool down Then add Cashew Pieces and add Ghee (Clarified Butter) in it and mix well.
