On this video, I show you how to cook a picanha. I cooked this wagyu picanha brisket style on my Yoder Frontiersman offset smoker at 250° for 5 1/2 hours. This brisket style Picanha is the absolute best tasting beef I've ever had. This Picanha from Midland Meat Co. was super tender and packed with a good smokey flavor, it literally melted in my mouth.
