Presenting you a traditional recipe of rainy season. Colocasia leaves grows during Rainy season so this is rainy season special. It's called kesuvina soppu in Kannada. If you eat raw leaves it gives lot of itching so while chopping or after chopping we have to apply tamarind paste on our hands to avoid itching. Chilly ,garlic and tamarind paste with jaggery are main ingredients to get best taste. Garlic can be added to the seasoning in the beginning.
