Hi guys & welcome back! Always glad to see you back, safe and healthy. Just a fair warning, there will be some talk around BMI, body fat % and calories, as well as mentioning of obesity, so if any of this is a trigger for you, feel free to skip this one. If you follow both me and my other half on social media, you will see that neither one of us look even close to obese, & I feel at times it is a term that's very loosely thrown around. So don't worry about us, we are fine and I am definitely not taking my new scales comments to heart. LOL. I got a new scale and did a little experiment that I would like to share with you guys! We are going to look at how a diagnostic scale compares to online calculators. I love information and currently want to learn as much about my body, how it works, diet, & actually being healthy and balanced. Unfortunately my old scale was REALLY old and completely out, so I'm not as light as I thought I was. This is totally fine though, as it doesn't change the amount I lost, plus I look and feel better. I did this for my health, the weight loss is just a nice little bonus. Please note that I do explain the reason behind me getting this scale & how I plan on using it. I have a good relationship with a scale and get on it without getting demotivated or obsessive, and I do realize that I am lucky to have this mindset. It is hard to change that if you are the opposite of this, however, we are only human, don't feel bad. Do what works best for you and keeps you happy, motivated, mentally & physically healthy.
