For the Prawns
Ingredients:
4Pcs – Prawns
1/4C – Oil
4T – Japanese Flour
Procedure:
- Shelled and Devein, slit back and Straighten the meat to make it longer

Sushi
Ingredients:
2 Sheets – Nori or Seaweed
2C – Japanese Rice, Cooked
*Mix in ¼ Cup – Sushi Vinegar
Cooked Ebi Prawns
¼ Cup – Sushi Vinegar
Few Pieces – Cucumber
Few Pieces – Mango
¼ Cup – Japanese mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Lay nori, Flat the rice on top
- Layer Cucumber and Mayo with Mayo with Ebi
- Roll and slice
SALMON AVOCADO ROLL
Ingredients
¼ C – Salmon Flakes
1 Pc – Avocado, Sliced
¼ C – Mayo
2Pcs – Nori or Seaweed
2C – Japanese Rice, Cooked
*Mix in ¼ Cup – Sushi Vinegar
Procedure
- Lay Nori In Rice, Add on the Avocado, Salmon and Mayo
- Roll and Slice
